Your purchase

One $19.99 USD payment purchases three English-language digital reports for one set of birth details: Vedic astrology, Chinese BaZi, and Western astrology. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Review your details before payment.

Delivery and recovery

Reports are generated separately and saved to your account. Generation can take several minutes. If one report fails, completed reports remain available and you may retry the unfinished report without another payment. An order is complete only when all three reports are saved. If any one report ultimately cannot be generated after recovery, the order is eligible for a full $19.99 refund. Once all three reports are successfully generated and available in your account, the purchase is non-refundable under our policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Interpretation, not a guarantee

Astrology and BaZi are symbolic traditions. Reports are personalized interpretations for entertainment and self-reflection, not factual predictions, medical diagnoses, financial guidance, or legal advice. We do not guarantee future events, wealth, relationships, health outcomes, or lifespan. Calculation accuracy depends on the information you supply, time-zone records, and the stated conventions.

Accounts and responsible use

You must be at least 18 to purchase. Keep your account credentials private. Use birth information only with permission. Do not misuse the service or attempt to access another person's account or reports.

Service limitations and responsibility

Reports are generated automatically and are not a consultation with a licensed professional. We do not warrant that an interpretation is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular decision. References to favorable periods, strengths, challenges, health, or wealth describe symbolic interpretations, not measurable probabilities or promised outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions you make using a report.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on report interpretations, including lost profits or missed opportunities. This limitation does not excuse our delivery or refund commitments, exclude liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or limit any liability or consumer right that the law does not allow us to exclude. If a limitation is unenforceable where you live, it applies only to the extent legally permitted.

Software license

The software is licensed under AGPL-3.0. That software license does not grant access to private customer records or service credentials. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
